The brief
ZeroPixel Club is the studio's own sportswear line: hoodies and jerseys for the house line and for each club, from running to swimming, all drawn by us. There's no warehouse and no stock. Each garment is printed after someone orders it, so the site has to sell a product that doesn't exist yet and hand the order to the printer without anyone touching it.
It also had to feel like a club rather than a shop. A grid of product photos on white would have sold the hoodies, but not the idea of joining something.
What we built
- A poster system, not a template
- Every section is one strict two-colour pairing, with giant condensed type set edge to edge. Scrolling feels like walking past club posters, and the shop stays easy to read.
- Live stock from the printer
- Titles, sizes, prices and availability come straight from Printful and refresh every ten minutes, so a price change there shows on the site without a deploy.
- Checkout that ships itself
- The bag quotes delivery for the buyer's country, Stripe Checkout takes the payment and a webhook places the Printful order once the payment clears. A repeated webhook can't create a second order.
- Artwork drawn in code
- The prints are generated as vector files from the same source the site uses, so the pixel wings in the scrolling scene are the exact pixels on the back of the hoodie.

Where it landed
ZeroPixel Club is live at zeropixel.club, selling worldwide, with every order printed and shipped by Printful. It's our own product, so the store, payments and print pipeline we build for clients come from running one ourselves.
