Website grants for UK small businesses

Grants that pay towards a new website or online shop for a UK small business, each one checked against its funder’s guidance.

Find your grant

Most grants that pay for a website are local. Councils, Growth Hubs and enterprise agencies run digital or high-street funds that cover part of the cost of a new site or online shop, often a few thousand pounds, and they expect the business to pay the rest.

A scheme is listed here only when its own guidance says it covers websites or e-commerce. Many of these funds want the work quoted before you apply, and some ask for two or three quotes from different suppliers.

Most are open only to businesses that are already trading in the area the fund covers, so start with where you’re based.
