Every piece is printed when you order it, which usually takes two to five working days, then shipped by our print partner, Printful. The bag shows the delivery price and estimate for your country before you pay.

Some orders ship from outside your country. When that happens, your carrier may ask for import duty or VAT on delivery. The bag tells you when it applies.

Changed your mind? Tell us within 14 days of delivery and send it back unworn for a refund of the item price. Email sales@zeropixel.io first and we'll tell you where to send it. Return postage is yours to cover.

If something arrives misprinted, damaged or faulty, email us a photo within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you in full.
